At Windriver Tool (WDT), we take pride in delivering trusted remote support services for computers, printers, Wi-Fi, and connected devices. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for completed services.
All payments made to WDT are for professional remote support services. No physical or tangible products are sold or shipped. By completing the payment, the client acknowledges that the transaction covers digital or technical services only.
Refunds may be requested within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of payment.

To request a refund, clients must send an email to info@windrivertool.com with their full name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
Requests made through any other communication channel will not be processed.
Our billing team reviews all refund requests within five (5) business days and responds accordingly.
Approved refunds are issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
By submitting payment, the client accepts WDT’s Terms of Service and authorizes the transaction. Any chargeback or dispute raised after service completion will be contested with proof of delivery and client authorization.
All complaints or billing concerns are reviewed within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) working hours of receiving the client’s email.
